New “Back To Classics” Section!

Good news! For all of you readers who arent exactly up to snuff on your classic reading list, I have decided to add a new section to the blog called “Back to classics”. In it I will be trying to make a dent in my to-read classic list, and posting my reviews to let you all know what I thought of each book. Hopefully it will help you decide whether or not to read some of your own list items, or at least which ones to prioritize. Of course, as always, opinions welcomed! (Wanted! Needed! I wasn’t exactly looking to read another health book, per se. I’m not exactly “crunchy”, but I figure I do okay compared to the average joe, especially since my switch to vegetarianism four years ago, although I still enjoy the occasional (or um, daily) sweets and other “bad” foods. But when I started flipping through this book, the premise really intrigued me- small, easy steps that I can take that will make the biggest difference in keeping myself healthy in order to prevent illness in the first place.
